The version from 'Ponies: The Anthology' was better because it kept the original sound effects in and had sharper cuts. But not a bad effort.

What makes this so TRULY awesome is that this is the most incredible and most powerful any Eva has ever been in the entire Evangelion franchise- and it's not berserk. It's reacting entirely to Shinji's conscious will and completely under his control. Badass.

It's one of the great ironies really- Cersei initially comes across as a cold, manipulative bitch, but as things go on it becomes painfully apparent that she's hopelessly incompetent and an outright useless ruler.

This opening was so awesome that you notice that at no point does it even say 'BATMAN'- because this IS Batman, everything great about him condensed into 1 minute of peerless animation and music.
