Let me put it this way. I'm an extremely cynical reviewer. If I feel a game has a flaw and those flaws bug me enough, I will mark it down harshly without caring a jot as to what series it's from.

Final Fantasy VII, for example, is often considered by many to be the best RPG ever made. I give it a 7/10. At most.

Xenoblade Chronicles is one of the only two games I would ever give a perfect score to.
