ATV stands for All Terrain Vehicle.
ALL ATCs are ATVs.
The difference is that a 3 wheeler is considered a trike, thus a cycle.
And, yes, there are full size tractors that meet the definition of ATV.
A tractor with 3 wheels could be considered a trike.

What you need to do is limit top speed of this siren.
First connect it to a motor speed controller to get a "feel" for the sound.
