Hey Youtube!
My name is Aprille, I'm from Canada and I'm 17 years old.
I'm sort of new to this whole thing, but after all the pressure from friends and family, I've finally decided to post videos of me singing up here.
I'm not your average 17 year old girl. I've been through much more than most kids my age.
I'm an only child of a wonderful single mother. My father passed away of Cancer when I was 10 years old. The past 5-6 years without him here, has been a complete struggle.
At the age of 13 I was diagnosed with a Panic/Anxiety disorder in relation to Depression.
After treatment, councelling and countless trips back and forth to hospitals. I've almost finally over come my disorder. My father always taught me to be strong and to live life to its fullest. So, that is my motivation, my father. I live every single day as if it were my last and I thank God every day for all of the love and support I have. Singing is one of the most important things in my life. I find it to be some sort of get-away. When I sing, my problems disappear. Even though I'm not as good as most of the people on here and I have no vocal training what so ever, I'd still love to share with you all, and see what you guys think. I hope that who ever is reading this is inspired and just know that no matter what anybody says or thinks, you can achieve whatever you want. Be who you are, and don't let anyone or anything get in your way of your dreams. Love life, and live it to its fullest because you only have one.
