AppointLink was founded in 1999 as a general software development company specializing in web-based software development projects. From that effort we developed a strong partnership with Washington University School of Law when we developed our seating chart application.

In late 2004, I was hired to manage the sales and marketing activities. To me, based on our expertise in both the higher education market and SharePoint, providing software solutions to schools seemed logical. After developing a few SharePoint Portal solutions for several law schools we decided to productize the application to streamline the functionality and implementation process.

The products that you see in the various demos here represent a complete suite for a higher education Portal with Courseware functionality. There are several additional components not shown that include course evaluations, exam distribution, instructor office hours reservations, and study room reservations as well as other features.
