try change your perspective for a moment. Everything you've written stems from the thought that God must be a PERSON that is located somewhere else. What if God is not a person?
Before asking "where is God" maybe we should ask "who/what is God"?
Doesn't it even say in the Bible that in the beginning, there was nothing but God? And if the universe was created by God, what did he create us out of? What exactly was Jesus talking about when he said we are "children of God"? What do you think?
Although I'm not a Christian, I read about Jesus sometimes and I like his stories. He loved to use metaphors. If Jesus really lived, I guess he was a special person far ahead of his time, full of wisdom that other people weren't ready for, so he tried to get the message across using a lot of metaphors.
I think when he said we're the "children of God" it was a metaphor again.
Just stopping by to say hello :)
I read your comments on the video "Man who dies comes back to life" and I enjoyed them greatly. Love your sarcasm ;)
I'm not a Christian myself, in fact I don't consider myself a part of ANY religion. I feel very attracted to Buddhism, however.
Anyway, I do believe in God even though I haven't chosen a particular religion. Religions can be useful for people to practice their faith in their everyday lives, but It's not absolutely necessary, is it? I feel I don't need a church to be close to God...
But I respect everyone's choice of religion. I think it's nice that God has given us plenty of ways to discover his beauty.
