It was nice debating you.
Some sins are too great, too heinous, to atone for. The Petit case ... you cannot argue against the death penalty in this case ... unless you are a pure moral absolutist, believing in unchanging moral truths. I believe there are no moral truths because morality is a function of time and space and circumstance.
Sweet dreams to you, Mr Bleeding Heart. I am going to bed comfortable in the knowledge that the Petit jury will give Joshua Komisarjevsky the death penalty. He and his partner have a room in Hell waiting for them.

Also on Monday, the jury in the Petit murder case in Connecticut is deliberating and deciding the fate of one of the guys who was responsible for murdering a mother and her two young daughters .... the mother was raped and set on fire while she was alive .... the youngest daughter - 12 years old - raped by this madman .... then all 3 of them killed when the house was set on fire.
