'Sugar Jesus' is an award winning live electro pop act formed in 2009. Since then they have been busy gigging all over the country playing alongside bands such as The Streets, Data Rock, Filthy Dukes and zZz. This year they won "Best Dance Song" for there opener 'Here Comes the Storm' at the 2009 Exposure Music Awards, inwhich they also received a nomination for 'Best Live Act'. They have been getting various radio play in Manchester and London (Fuse FM, XFM). They have one (known) celebrity fan in Right Said Fred's frontman Richard Fairbrass (which the band are very proud of). They have been hailed by Timeout London as 'Indie Disco Kings' and have featured in other magazines such as Big Issue and NME. Since their forming in 2008 they have been going from strength to strength. Catch them while you can!!!
