中国の尖閣問題から、韓国が竹島周辺で漁師を４４名殺害した過去の事件も再浮上し、
やっと燐国の卑劣さを日本国民が認識し始めたと思います。
残念ながら、「武装なしで国を守る事は、ほぼ不可能である」と、認識した人は多いでしょう。
話し合いで解決をと言うのであれば、そのようなリーダーを育てる必要がある。

結論、
"自分自身が、世界に通じる「話し合いで解決できるリーダー」になれないのであれば、日本が （リーダーが育つまでの間の、一時-的だけでも） 武器を持った防衛をする事を許さなければならない"
