Hi!

My name is Michula (or "Mikey") and I have been pole dancing for nearly 10 years and have been a formal pole dancing instructor for 7 years. I own and operate a fitness studio in Redlands, CA.

Our studio offers pole dancing classes for all levels - beginner to professional/competitive, as well as, core and strength training classes. We now also offer our pole classes via a DVD subscription plan!

Antix is here to connect and network with other pole dance studios and pole dancers around the world.

hey! I love your videos! You are amazing. I try (TRY!!!) to use my pole as my upper body workout but you really use the pole as a workout. Do you workout with weights too or you just overtime built your strength
