About AntiVeganism's channel
This channel is to expose the extreme fallacy of vegetarianism/veganism and its sub-groups.
What is veganism? Well, veganism is the practice of eliminating all foods that originate from animals from one's diet. A person who adheres to this practice is called a, "vegan". A vegan eats absolutely no meat, or products derived from animals such as lard, butter, milk, or eggs.
No animals as food must mean better health right? Completely wrong. Humans need some amount of animal flesh in order to stay healthy. Eggs and dairy are not enough to replace meat.
What are some sub-groups of veganism?
1) Raw veganism
2) Fruitarianism
The two sub-groups also have many other sub-groups themselves as well. Raw vegans only eat vegan appropriate food that is raw or not cooked in high temperatures.
Fruitarianism is probably the most unhealthy diet that someone can adhere to.
A fruitarian diet is devout in so many minerals and vitamins that it is not even funny. The fructose levels of a fruitarian diet is just insane.
The human body was not designed to handle excessive quantities of fructose, and therefore not designed to ingest large quantities of fruit. In the ancestral environment of humans, fruit used to be a treat, only available in certain weather conditions and seasons.
Consuming fructose will raise blood sugar level. However, because fructose has no glucose, it cannot trigger an insulin response. Therefore, something else must be done in order to lower the blood sugar levels. The liver does this by taking up all the fructose and converting it into a form of fat called, "triglycerides". The fructose, after becoming converted into triglycerides can enter the fat cells for storage, and the blood sugar level is down because all the sugar has been converted into something else. Triglycerides circulating within the blood stream is also a cause of high cholesterol, and of course heart disease. All the fructose that was converted into triglycerides by the liver can also clog up the liver leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Clearly fruits are not healthy foods at all.
Also, a high fruit diet is a high fructose diet. Fructose is the preferred fuel for cancer cells. Therefore a high fruit diet like fruitarianism is a cancerous diet.
Realize that a fruitarian diet is high in fructose. A chemical sweetener known as, "high-fructose corn syrup" is actually a dominant cause in obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and heart disease. No doubt that a high-fructose fruit diet would do the same.
Fruit has anti-oxidants and fiber, therefore it is healthy. Wrong again. A healthy source of anti-oxidants and fiber would be large quantities of leafy green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and lettuce. The amount of fructose and other carbohydrates in fruit is greater than the amount of fiber and anti-oxidants.
Fruits are just as bad as any other junk food like soda, twinkies, brownies, or candies. It has fiber, anti-oxidants, and vitamins, but vegetables have them too and also have less fructose. Fruit is basically junk food fortified with fiber and nutrients.

Anyone can develop a nutritional deficiency, but ONLY vegans and vegetarians are at higher risks of becoming so if not definitely.
