I enjoyed the video. I used to camp on the lake when I was a kid. A lot of fond memories of Lake Hemet and Idyllwild. I've never kayaked before, but I'd love to do it, especially on a pretty mountain lake like Hemet.

I love the mountains surrounding Hemet. I can't find any reliable hiking partners, otherwise I'd be up there hiking more often. I especially love the Devil's Slide and Deer Springs Trails near Idyllwild.

Good luck with your surgery. I can imagine that you'll be glad to finally have it over and done with. What happened with your hip that you need the surgery? I had slipped capital femoral epiphysis as a teenager, and I might need to have a femoral osteotomy on my right hip. Keep up the good videos...
