Going by his gender confusion and sexuality it looks like Manning is already serving a prison sentence, a lifelong prison sentence. Just think about it... who would like to be in his shoes even prior to his arrest? For this alone, the guy has my sympathy.

I have just received a refund of £2050 from Tesco Bank. No problems. Sent them a letter using Which's claim letter template and received my refund within a week of sending my cliam. Go through Which and avoid those PPI claim companies that will charge you a fee. You don't wanna be stung twice.
