I'm the type of person who enjoys doing/saying completely random and/or 'retarded' like things just to giggle at somebodys reaction.

Still new to the whole uploading videos thing so go easy on me! <3

PS:
Anyone looking for extra information on my exercise videos; I'm self trained/taught and practised, and I do things as/when I feel like it, as well as try new things every now and then.

I've been doing my punching bag routine since I was 18; previously I didn't exercise all that much aside from riding a bike 16km (too and from school) every school day since sometime mid year 11 (age 17).

Before that I hadn't done any real exercising since grade 8, and used to be a very lanky weasel looking person (think golem from LOTR, but slightly taller; or a regular skinny nerd/geek you find in the libary to be more accurate).

For anyone wondering about my diet; I don't do anything special, I tend to just stick to milks, juices, and bottled water. Once I've made sure I get all my nutrients for the day (or am either going too later or finish getting them later), I tend to just eat whatever I want (junkfoooooooods!).

Like I said, nothing special, I just eat 'healthy', and gorge whenever I want. <3
