My mother makes quite a good mash, but THIS recipe is even better, I added 4 dl milk and 1 dl cream to the mash (1-1½ kilo potatoes)- my family LOVED it and I'm the hero of the day!! *LOL* We also ate fried salmon and bearnaise-sauce to the mash! I guess a good roast or some steak would be lovely...
