Just to clarify a point. The United States did not lock up citizens of Japanese heritage after WW2.

It did so during it and that was wrong and shameful and the US, under Bill Clinton, apologised for it.

But it did not lock up American citizens of Japanese origin after WW2.

Even if they did have the technology available to them at the time, free fall bombs, would mean that they would almost certainly not hit it. ...
