Thank you so much Angie and yes for all the reasons you gave for deleting your social network profiles is almost every reason I felt it was too much too and even talking to people in real time can be so difficult for me at times, I am back on here to do what helps me best and if it helps other people too that is fantastic and I wish I can value myself higher than I do which is not very much, but small steps and who knows, okay that was way too optimistic but you know what I mean...take care...wayne...

Hey Angie thanks for your message, and yeah I deleted my other channel because I freaked out a bit everything just became too overwhelming, but I back now still not feeling great but as my new channel suggests this pain really never ends, it is a struggle that we seem to fight each day...c ya later...wayne..
