A: Usually it's the overture to the show. If the CD doesn't have an overture it's usually the beginning of the 1st song of the CD.
Q: Why do you want a credit?
A: Honestly, I could care less about a credit. I didn't compose the song, I didn't make the instrumental so I can't claim anything. Posting a video response or mentioning my channel allows me to feature you (with a subscription, of course :) If you don't care about being on my channel, I don't care about a mention. I do however appreciate the acknowledgment of my time and money. :D
