It's true I use romance covers as a foundation- that is what a manip is- and if I knew the artist's name who did them, I would credit them too- (I got the covers from a romance cover website)- but I try to make my manips as much my own as possible, changing clothing and not only the face and hair but also painting in and adding body parts (like his hand in her hair) - also, that is GB's chest, not the chest of the original hero on cover, etc...I change backgrounds and add things and more, until the cover barely resembles the original work and becomes my own creation. BUT much thanks to all those who made the romance covers that I used for my foundations. I wish I knew their names to credit them...

My icon is from a painting by Thomas Jonas and can be found at phantomcollection.com ... the background is my own creation - an E/C manip to go with one of the phanphic stories I wrote - this scene called "A whisper in the Forest"

In many of my manips Erik often has long hair and it's often dark blond because I make these go with phanfics I've written that take place months after the movie ended, etc, and that was the original color of his hair under the black wig. :) Never is that Raoul with her in any of them (heaven forbid! lol) ERINE forever!!!!! :)
