A Professional Grump and Devoted Nerd now residing in Florida. With a childhood (mis)spent either losing myself in the stacks of the local library or at the just- around- the- corner comic book shop, I've been an avid artist and fan of the fantasial for most of my life. Most of my time in school was spent doodling in class (when I should have been studying), drawing for classmates, and painting dragons on the walls of the art room. Out of high school, I became a freelance Artist and over the years have done work in comic books, magazines, and collectible card games, as well as innumerable private commissions. I'd been reading the Davis Grubb book and my brother and I watched the 1955 film last night (haven't seen the version with Richard Chamberlain). No shit...I was listening to some of Robert Mitchum's calypso album earlier, lol. It's something else.

That is a wonderful background illustration! I should draw more often.
