It's not a cheat, it's just lag. Though some people might pull their cord, or something like that, like what some people did in Soco...

I don't mind English dubs in shows like Dragon Ball, YuYu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, and a few others though, including Slayers & Ruin Explorers.
