@Rmlohner range. Instead of Daniel reciting the "Faraday Effect," the writers allowed us to make the connection between Daniel and Michael and to connect Daniel's seemingly random line with Michael's "Faraday Effect." I'm fine with the writers deliberately making things unclear like this.

Fun episode allusions worth pointing out: The final image of Locke looking at the burning wheelchair mirrors the image of the Man in Black (as Locke) looking at Jacob burning in the fire during "The Incident." @mooki33 It had two top five episodes - Through the Looking Glass and The Man Behind the Curtain. The Man From Tallahassee and The Brig were also really good ones. And I don't care who says otherwise, Expose was a great episode.

@Jonesdude666 The punchline's there, it's just not making itself known right away. It's a joke that needs thought to understand. What mysteries went unresolved? Numbers, pregnancy issues, polar bears, DHARMA Initiative - all answered. The island's origins even become clear upon careful scrutiny.
