oh well I sent it into Asus to have them run Diagnostics on it, so we will see. But there doing it for FFFFRRREEEE cause of 1 year warranty. yipee. So have you tried out any other games on the G51 except the ones you have posted videos about? both call of duty 4, WaW run great, same with borderlands.

hey andrew, i have the same laptop as you. and i was wandering, do u hear a extremely faint clicking noise coming from the hard drive region? and also at start up does your disk drive make two loud grinding noises?

Sorry to bother you again, i heard that G51VX-RX05 will play most of the lastest games on max setting with the exceptions of crysis, far cry 2 and GTA IV. But will it run those game on high setting though(not the highest)?

Hi, can you make an overall review for G51VX-RX05 laptop plz? i'm still deciding wheather i should get a G51VX-RX05 or a getaway P-7805u. I'm leaning towards the G51VX-RX05 decision. But the heat problem worries me alot.

That'd be fantastic, man! You could use YouSendIt or whatever if you wanted. The DVD player I had (need to replace it, it broke, but will be doing so soon) can play DivX off of a USB memory stick so it'd be just like having the DVDs. :)
