POWERS:
CA is a master of Wing Chun and in top physical condition. His costume incorporates the non-lethal defensive weaponry he designed. For example, he can nullify offensive weaponry, so that nothing fires; project sickening and disorienting very low frequency sound waves; encase his forearm shields in energy force fields, etc. Costume uses percepto-changers, causing CA to appear different, larger and scarier than his normal persona. His routine is to "level the playing field" and then allow the average man the option to voluntarily submit to the (now) powerless authority figures or to simply walk away and ignore them. CA has the unnerving tendency to "clean up a scene" by removing all symbols of State authority, including flags, uniforms, weapons and the like. Whenever you find a group of vomiting, naked police officers, it's a sure bet that CA was there.
