@TWEETYisBOSS lvl 100 in smithing isn't enough to get legendary daedrics, you will need to equip some gloves/ ring/amulet with smithing bonus ("weapons/armors can will be upgrade x% beter"), and use smithing potion ( they have a xx sec effect so you need to upgrade all items as fast as you can) ...
