The goal of the show is to provide viewers with an entertaining program packed with special events, celebrity appearances, and musical entertainment all within a music video countdown format.

Over the years, And That's What's Up TV Show has covered the following events on an annual basis:The McDonald's High School All-American Game, Dub Tour, Indiana Black Expo, Circle City Classic, Jordan Brand Classic, SXSW Music Festival, and The World's Largest Music Festival Summerfest.
