Im PJ , 33, live in Scotland UK and have been playing piano nearly 20 years. Taught for nearly 10 years , before being diagnosed with Bi-Polar which forced me to give it up :(

Here is a great chance for you to test your knowledge of the last 50 or so years of pop / rock music , through this collection of 100 piano / synth riffs i have recorded and crammed in to this YouTube upload. Piano Riffs such as Don't stop believin also feature.
This is a great video for anyway looking to learn piano and needs inspiration. Some of the best piano songs of the last 50 years are featured :)
If you fancy a fun challenge, grab a piece of paper + pen, start the video and see how many of the keyboard riffs you can write down Once you are done, you can go back and see how many you get right. Give your self half a point if you can only get the band ;)
You will need about 30 minutes in total, but time should fly by as each riff is only a few seconds long.
Artists such as Adele someone like you on piano are in there, and is a great resource for people wanting to learn piano. This selection of piano songs and music quiz should be great for anyone who enjoys music!
Most of the riffs are mainstream pop and rock, and whilst there is the odd mistake and improvisation here and there, hope you enjoy the vid.
As mentioned in the video, it drifts in and out of sync a few times but the music is fine, so that's the main thing.
Probably could of done another 100 or so that i had to leave out, so any you think should be included in a future video let me know.
Finally, some of these riffs are pretty hard to find music for, so if anyone wants a tutorial on how to play any one of the riffs, let me know; and if there is enough interest, will do a seperate video for it.
Recorded using my yamaha dgx keyboard (64), other artists heavily featured include the beatles , elton john and some of the best piano songs from the last 50 years.
