I'm a Registered Dietitian who specializes in nutrition communications & marketing. I grew up on a farm in North Dakota. The term "Farmer's Dottir" refers to the fact that my Icelandic dad was a farmer. The term "dottir" is the Icelandic term for daughter. I love cooking and gardening. Oh, and I also love to golf!
