I love the homer announcer comparing the Marchand hit to the Ballard hit. Ballard's was a clean hip check. Nice to know even the announcers don't know hockey in Boston. It helps explain why so many Boston fans have no idea about the rules.

The whole show was mocking the American cartoon style and the vapid plot that American cartoons have. The fact that the reviewer acts so condescending and intellectually superior to those who like it while he completely misses the joke is absolutely priceless though.
