My understanding is that a spirit possessed Samara which came from the dark waters and so there is always dark water around the houses of her victims. However, I probably need to see Ring2 again to understand whether or not it's an evil spirit or dead soul as you say that possessed Samara.

okay to get things straight u dont call anyone u DONT KNOW a bitch okay avril used to babysit and she babysat me most of the time with her older sister michelle okay and when she sang i used to clap cuz she sounded soooooo beautiful and then i enrolled to her high school okay? There are more people who like Avril than u think but hey ur from romania romanians dont like Avril cuz they think that the Romanians are better but dont let ur opions sound worse than they really are! They can hurt people.

noooo i went to the county fairs where Avril sang and i used to enjoy listening 2 her and i used to go to her house anyway she babysat well look after me with her sis when my mom went for work and she used to sing me to sleep. She was real sweet and she tried her best to keep me from her bad habits but i still harbour some.
