The boyfriend breaks his legs and gets eaten by wolves. The bestfriend escapes, but the wolves catch and eat him. The girl escapes, tumbles down the hill for 15 minutes and finds a road. A person picks her up, and we assume she is taken to the hospital. But they don't actually show it. It just ends abruptly with her entering the car.

Well here's our reasoning. The worst possible thing to do is killing a person. So that makes either the security guard or the mechanic the worst. The mechanic killed two people people whereas the security guard beat one to death. Additionally, it might have been possible to save the wife. But he decided to do nothing. It's a subjective judgment though.
