Hello! My name is Amber. I am currently a Sacramento based chef. My passion is focusing on vegetarian cuisine without biased politics. This channel is NOT intended to convert anyone to vegetarianism.

My intentions are to share with you my ideas, and teach you that vegetarian cuisine is much more than salads & hummus (I love salads and hummus!)

Unfortunately, vegetarian cuisine is often ridiculed due to politics involved with the lifestyle.

As a realist, I have no problem with people eating meat. Matter of fact, I cook it for a living.

However, it is important to teach people who eat meat, where they should buy there meat, and what is in animal protein when it isn't grass fed, organic, & free range.

There is a difference between teaching people who want to learn, and forcing them to hear my information.

I am also a huge lover of using food in vain. I make masks, scrubs, body butters, wax, etc. all out of vegetarian friendly food & drinks.
