2011 proved to be a breakout year for singer, songwriter and performer Amber Hayes. This small town Oklahoma girl has a down-home country sound accented with fiddle and steel guitar. Hayes' first two singles, "C'mon," and "Wait" which she co-wrote, went Top 40 on the Music Row chart. Amber's video for "Wait" (directed by Steven Goldmann) world-premiered at No. 1 on Yallwire.com. She also landed her first movie role with an appearance in the soon to be released family film, Cowgirls N' Angels. Several of Amber's songs, will appear in the movie and on the soundtrack. Hayes' also had the opportunity to take her show overseas this year, where she performed for enthusiastic country music fans in Sweden, Japan, and China. She spent the rest of her time on the US roads visiting radio stations, touring with Ty Herndon, and singing the National Anthem at a couple of NFL games. Amber recently completed writing and recording a new project to be released in 2012.
