He has won SESAC Songwriter of the Year 7 times in a row, he also has broken the record for most consecutive weeks on the Billboard charts. He has topped the Billboard R&B Year End Chart & Billboard Hot 100 Year Chart as a producer or songwriter multiple times. He has 25 #1 hits. Atlanta has honored him with his own day on June 24th. Georgia will honor him on September 19, 2009 by inducting him into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
