I know I'm probably an idiot for asking this, but did you ever seek affiliation? Not necessarily with youtube itself, but with The Game Sation or Machinima. You might want to consider it before you give up completely. Look at Lucahjin, she used to have your level of number, sought affiliation with TGS and now has 21K subcribers. I hate to see a Lp of such great quality be lost.
