My name is Alvin and I've been living with social anxiety disorder and erythrophobia for about 14 years. The purpose of my videos is to share my experiences with the SA community and to let others know they aren't alone. Hopefully I'll say something that'll help someone out there. I also want to open up to a few friends and relatives who don't already know this part about me. I feel that documenting this part of my life will help explain who I am and why I act the way I do. Lastly, I'd like to come back to old videos months or years from now to check up on my progress.
