Hi there, and welcome to the channel that YouTube has granted me.
Here, you find some of my awes, interests, and some laughs aswell. It's for personal use mostly, but if you like what I've gathered, I don't mind subscriptions or hints to similar topics that you find.
I don't Video-log, I just make video's when I feel like it. Most of them will be Retroware oriented, specifically Atari 8-bit software of the years 1980-2009. Sometimes, I'll also make video's that you could call "human interest", using the same vessel.

About Me:
I'm a PC user now, but I started out with an Atari 600XL, with a whopping 16kB of RAM and a tape recorder. I've always liked the system, and so I've started to use it again, albeit in a little different setting. Most of my video's will be made with the emulator for this old, but amazing system.
It'll be a rediscovery trip for me, as it's been quite some years since I knew every in- and out of it. But it'll come back to me.

Interests:
Programming, electronics, gaming, movies, television and (scientific) knowledge. Why Scientific in parenthesis? Because it's not all, but most.
Movies:
I'm totally hooked on science-fiction, like Star Trek series, Firefly, the X-files, Dr. Who, Torchwood and the likes. I also love comedy, documentaries, cooking shows and detective series. Noted here, Anthony Boudain's No Reservations, NCIS, Law and Order, Brainiac, How's that made, and I could go on but let's keep it short.
Music:
I'm eclectic with music. There are no groups or performers that I'm a real fan of, there are just pieces of music that I like or dislike. There's one genre I find few pallatable music in and that would be opera/operette. I'd rather listen to a squealing cat than that. Those shrill vocals are more than my nerves can handle.
Books:
Even though I'm not reading many books lately, there are a few favorites. For one, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams, who sadly won't write another book anymore. Then there's the J.R.R.Tolkien books The Hobbit, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and J.K. Rowlings amazing Harry Potter series. In non-fiction there's more than I can count, but the Bible/Talmud/Koran doesn't go into that category.
