6'4 124kgs is the heaviest I have ever weighed in at, with arms measuring 50cm cold. In competiion condition, I weighed in at 112 kgs, but unfortunately suffered a severe shoulder injury in January of 2009 which requires key hole surgery if I wish to continue bodybuilding at a competitive level. I don't. My maximum lifts were: Standing Barbell Curl 90kgs, Flat Bench 170kgs, Incline Bench 140kgs, Dumbell Hammer Curls with 50kgs in either hand, Behind the Neck Press 130kgs, Deadlift 220kgs, Sqaut 200kgs, Power Clean 120kgs, Standing Military Press 90kgs. Most of these lifts can be seen in my videos.
