I think sometimes you just have to use the regular type of flour for certain recipes. Unless, maybe, there's an organic malasadas recipe. I may be wrong but yep, some things are best off using non-organic ingredients I am supposing. If I deep fry stuff like say tempura, I come out with a major mess on my hands and in the kitchen. And it really takes a lot of work to make tempura stuff. Unless I can figure out any easier way of doing it. But I did it once and I'll never do it again, too much work.

ps) I tried to make malasadas with organic flour today and it was horrible LOL - I will keep testing the recipe till I can film something deliscious
