I dislike shock/ E-collars. Mostly because i know someone who decided to try this, with a trained professional, and it only intensified the behavior. Resulted in a beautiful dog being put down.

I think the point everyones after is that many things can be accomplished, i knew someone who kept a saltwater eel alive in a freshwater tank for almost 6 months, but that doesn't mean that they should've done it. You have to be a responsible owner of an animal, even fish. This is not responsible.

oh wow, i think i spotted a Venus cichlid in there? i have one and i've heard they're pretty hard to find, awesome though with their blue faces and leopard spots. Mines in with my oscars though, he's the bully. :p

my angels don't do this and they spawn all the time. but i've seen angels do this so it all probably depends on the situation.
