Allaah has said:
[1] By Al-'Asr (the time).
[2] Verily! Man is in loss,
[3] Except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth, and recommend one another to patience.
[Surah al Asr 103:1-3]
From Ibn 'Abbaas (radiyallaahu 'anhumaa) who said that Allaah's Messenger (salallaahu 'alaihi wa'sallam) said:
There are two blessings which many people lose out on: health and free time.
