Introduction -- Alexey Talai. Inspiration Speaker.

The first thing you might notice about Alexey is that he lost his arms and legs to a long-forgotten World War II German landmine.
But that's not all you see.
More obvious is Alexey's personal warmth, sparkle in his eyes and an intense drive to improve the lives of orphans and children with disabilities in his country of Belarus, near Russia.
He has never sought pity since nearly losing his life at the age of 16.
Instead he asked himself these questions: "What can I make of myself? How can I be a benefit to society instead of a burden?"
That launched a dream to help others be successful. Alexey is living proof of what you can do if you set your goals high enough and work to overcome daily challenges.
He has raised enough funds to build a two story office and lay the groundwork for building the "Village for Orphans." He also focuses his attention on helping businesses understand the importance of accessibility.
He is a father and wants to be a role model for his sons.
He shares his experiences in Belarus and in the USA. From downhill skiing in Vail to swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, he says it has been a gift in his life to visit the USA and meet the organizations and volunteers who work to make their communities better.
