About this user

General all-around mechanical nutjob. Been a service tech for Ford and Mitsubishi, and have extensive experience with just about anything that uses fuel. My tastes are pretty broad-ranged, but I prefer anything that's not mainstream.

For instance, I'll take a Corvair Monza over the more popular Chevy II/Nova. Gimme a six-powered Dodge Duster, versus the V-8 powered R/Ts. My one video pretty well sums it up: An original '66 Olds running a heavily modified six; though not the same engine it left Lansing with, it's one identical to it. In short, spare me the usual Civics, Integras, Corvettes, Mustangs, and Camaros (face it; everyone has one!), and give me something offbeat! Like a turbo'd Yugo or SR20-powered Hillman Minx! Originality is way cooler than mainstream.

Also a classical musician; bassoon be my instrument of choice.
