Andromedan contactee Alex Collier has had his face-to-face contacts with blue-skinned human ETs from the Andromeda constellation and the Andromeda galaxy, which have included multiple visits aboard their tremendous motherships and decades of telepathic contact. The Andromedans are a very very old race. Apparently, all of the human race comes from Lyrae. There is a lot of information about this. Billy Meier also talks about it. The human race did not originally exist in Lyrae - it came from some other galaxy but first began to evolve in our galaxy in the Lyran system. According to the Andromedans, there are over 135 billion human beings in the 8 galaxies closest to ours.

According to Alex Collier, Nibiru is a collection of (extraterrestrial) races from the star systems of Sirius-B and Betelgeuse. Some are human, some are reptilian, and some are a cross between the two. Their home system is initially located within the Boötes constellation. A very long time ago, colonies on Sirius B and the Orion Group were having trouble with each other. In order to bring peace, there was a marriage between members of each group. The woman came from the Orion Group, where the hierarchy includes a queen -- the matriarchal paradigm. The male was from Sirius B. Both members were considered royalty of their respective line. For the most part, we are dealing with another species that is humanoid in shape, but Reptilian in heritage. Their leader elite are the "Draco". They even have special "wings", which are flaps of skin, supported by long ribs. These can be folded back against the body. They are also known as the "Dragon Race" and their symbology usually includes the Winged Serpent. There are elements of their species which do not have wings - the "soldier class" and "scientists" have none.They are all 'cold blooded' and have to have a balanced environment to maintain body temperature. The "soldier class" of the species can bury themselves in the ground and wait long periods of time in order to ambush their enemy. If need be they can survive on one very large meal every few weeks or even once a year.

when the Lyrans would colonize planets in other starsystems they would stabilize the rotation of the planets by building Pyramids to act as weights to balance out a planets rotation for Habitation. the Lyrans would also build domed citys on these planets they are called Edens self contained biospheres that have vegetation animal life and lakes.

It was the ancient Lyrans when they colonized this part of the galaxy. They kept moving through the galaxy. They migrated out of Lyra because of a war. What they would do is find certain planetary systems that had minerals, resources, water, and things that they needed. They would then try to stabilize those planetary systems using technology that they had. They would then go in, mine and pull out the resources they needed. They would continue their building mining equipment and spacecraft. They needed to stabilize the solar system so that they could extract the minerals which also meant they had to live there for awhile setting up colonies. That is why there are so many ruins on so many of our moons and planets.
