That peacock at 3:16-ish is the best piece of animation in this whole cartoon. O.O I love this btw so I'm not dissing it. I too watched it at a very impressionable age. I'm 26 now and still watching...some things never get worse with time.

It's not a "high C" (C6). It sounds like a C7, exactly an octave higher and well into the whistle register. Listen to the tone of the note, how it pipes. Better yet, sing or hum a high C to yourself, play it on the piano or whatever, and listen to Britta's note at the same time. It's not a C6.
