Not much from here. Just school and part-time work. Can't wait 'til I finish the last year of my 'Gymnasium' (High school + junior year of college).
As for my college planning, I plan to apply to several schools on the West Coast and one in the Midwest. So far, it's going pretty good. :P

What about youself? I suppose you're doing senior year of high school? How do you feel about graduating? :-) As for me, I feel pretty good because it feels like a life-time since I started on my Gymnasium.

Woah, it's cool that you're voluntering at the local hospital. Could you tell me what experiences you had there after you're volunteer time is over? I used my trainee option from school at something else, and the hospitals where I live apparently don't accept any volunteers. :P

Yeah, I'm interested in a medical career. Airline pilot used to be my dream, but not it's doctor or pharmacist. :-) So you're interested in a medical career as well. That's cool! I guess we got something in common then.

I see. But isn't it nearly impossible to go from a non-residential visa (student's visa) to a residental visa (green card)?

Woah, so you're already on summer break. Cool! What are ya planning to do this summer? I think I'm gonna spend most of my vaccation in my summer cottage with some friends. Maybe I'll visit the New England region in the US, since most of the colleges that I'm applying to are in that area. It's limited what you get to see on google maps street view.

By the way, I'll be offline until 1st of June. Got some incoming end-of-year exams. :-( At least we're getting a seven-week summer vaccation as of June 17. :-) When are you getting summer vaccation from your school?

Not yet, took a full-length SAT practise test. Got a score of 1980. Had some problems with the critical reading section. Sometimes I'd wish English wasn't my third foreign language. :P I'm gonna take the real test this coming summer, though, along with two SAT subject test and a TOEFL test.

Well, sorry to hear about your ACT score. Are you gonna take the test again during the fall of senior year? As far as I've heard, the second test always gives the best outcome.

Also, do you know anything about HS transcripts? Like what kind of grades are US colleges looking for? Is it just end-of-year grades I got during junior and senior year, or do they want to see grades from mock exams and written assignments, too?

Umm... yeah, in terms of the number of written assignments, Junior year is the most challanging year, but senior year has more exams, or at least it's like this where I live.
I see the ACT drained your energy? I hope your hard work payed off then. By the way, how come you're taking the ACT? You're from the Midwest or something?
