How does the 50W seem at normal house volumes? I'd love a 5150 but the volume needed to get the 100W to break up sweetly is far too high for home and small club use. Was looking at the Mesa Mk V but that has around 237 buttons I'd never use!

@hihowareyouitsme Not so convinced. Ed seems to be doing much more mid boosting on this. Bass I agree with, too much bass will flub this out, but it sounds like he's backed off the treble as well. It's very un-Van Halen in that respect. It also sounds doubled tracked on the record.

@jelmerrr4 Actually, they did have to use auto tune on Bobby's vocals for the DVD. He's pretty patchy these days. Was terrific when I saw them in Newcastle but I've seen clips where he's very flat on the same tour. I'd much prefer a more honest approach. Too much post production spoils live DVDs ...

@resarf65 Agreed. The only thing that sucked about Sammy was his, often, incredibly bad lyrics. Dave is smarter and funnier, but Sammy is a far better singer.

@RonJammin It's annoying but this was the official video, cut down from over 5 minutes to make it palatable for people with 3 second attention spans.

@gbsons Looks like a Suhr Standard in Transparent Blue Denim. Maple neck, probably basswood body( they usually get painted black). The other three are Suhr Moderns. They're amazing guitars. Currently own one, but intend to own many more.

You realise it has launch control? Deactivate the traction control, put it in D: S-Sport and hold the brake with the left foot while revving to 5k with the right. Release brake, wonder why everything has gone blurry....

@mightybk Glad I'm not alone in thinking that album is mediocre at best. The first one was hardly classic either.
