Found this video a while ago and found it unlistenable; the interviewer is wearing a lavalier mic, and Patrice only gets the camera mic. This makes Patrice's voice damn near background noise compared to the snarky kid's well-amped voice. So I balanced them out to make it more listenable - but makes some parts a bit scratchy because of how aggressive the correction is. Uploaded today for Youtubes in light of his loss.
This is how Patrice interacted with regular-folk, showing that his "brutal honesty" was his real personality, rather than an act/shtick. No audience. Just him, the awful cameraman and the guy who underestimated Patrice. He thought that honest Patrice could be replaced by bullshit Patrice for a phony interview. Bullshit Patrice didn't exist.
Great footage of the greatest comedian, my favorite, with a nobody. I'm only reposting it for people like me who are vicariously mourning through clips. From April 2010. Enjoy.
