Im a 16-year-old singer/songwriter from Avalon on Sydney's Northern Beaches and I've been playing guitar for over five years.

My first CD "Instead of Homework" was recorded at Moonlight Studios in Brookvale with the help of local jazz/swing musician Lionel Robinson who has been a long-time friend and supporter. From this CD, 'Get Over It' made the top 25 of the Australian Songwriting Associations annual competition in 2008.

The following year I recorded another seven songs and independently released a full studio album "Free Therapy". The title track, 'Free Therapy' has just won the Australian Childrens Music Foundation (ACMF) Songwriting competition, which was judged by the likes of Dicko and Erana Clarke of Australian Idol, along with many other luminaries in the music industry. 'Free Therapy' was also one of two songs to make the top 10 in the youth category of the Australian Songwriting Association annual awards in October 2009.

As far as gigs go, being underage is kind of ruining my career but among the places I've snuck into are the Excelsior Hotel Glebe, Lewisham Hotel, Harold Park Hotel and Kellys on King in Newtown. ;)

Next year I will be starting Year 11 at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) in Sydney where I can hopefully do more with my music.
