At first, i had never been a fan of Daimos upon seeing the early 70's toy from Bandai. That is, until i got to watch the anime itself and got the Soul of Chogokin figure. The SOC Daimos is a real beauty, and the series itself is actually pretty good.

I do like both lions and hyenas ; i don't think either is in any way superior to the other, they're simply two different kinds of animals, both with their strenghts and weaknesses.

Alors là ils ont un peu tout mélangé ; en effet, on retrouve des images de Mazinger Z contre Devilman, ainsi que de Goldorak contre Great Mazinger, et également de l'Attaque du Dragosaure (qui constitue le plat de résistance du film, si je me souviens bien).

I loved this movie ; no complex CGI or stuff, just actors, prosthetics and makeup. The design of the Further (aka the ghostly dimension where that scene occures) has the gritty, eerie atmosphere of a curios museum with an amount of silly/insolite objects piled up inside the demon's lair.

Yay ! Come on, boy ! Turn that Spaceman into a strainer ! Let's show those benign alien visitors that we will accept no lesson from anyone in terms of stupidity and barbarity !

@jrdubinat Ca c'est une question que se posent beaucoup de fans ^^ La réponse est incertaine, peut-être Gordan/X-or porte-t-il des pantalons autonettoyants, ou bien la poussière du sol japonais est en fait de la lessive en poudre... J'adore cette vieille pub ; elle m'avait fasciné quand j'étais gamin, maintenant je la retrouve environ 29 ans plus tard. L'animation est géniale !

J'ai toujours adoré les premières secondes du générique, les moines aveugles qui vénèrent cet immense cyclope mécanique, avec ces accords menaçants à la basse en arrière-plan...

@abe2881 Ben quand même, à partir du moment où il porte un bras artificiel (le rayon delta), ça en fait un cyborg dans une certaine mesure (mélange d'organique et de cybernétique).
